Bryan has over a decade of experience as a professional writer and copy editor. For much of his adult life he pursued careers in music and photography, but by 2008 it was clear that his best opportunities lay in exploiting his natural facility with the English language. Originally from Southern Connecticut, Bryan has lived in the Los Angeles area for over twenty years (not counting a brief stint in Washington, DC from 2009–2010). He now lives with his wife and their dog in Long Beach.
