In twenty-five years as a commercial writer, I have worked as an employee and a contractor with IT organizations, healthcare systems, pharmaceutical companies, not-for-profits, trade associations, publishing houses and universities. I have also worked on several ghostwriting projects for Michael Levin Writes. Currently, I am working on a non-fiction book about an FBI agent’s role in bringing down three Mafia families.
I have a B.A. in English from Rutgers University and an M.A. in English from Fordham University. Harper & Row published Summer Long-a-coming, my novel (1987) and Walker and Company published The First Year of Nursing (1996). Over the years I have contributed to The New York Times, Newsday, The Philadelphia Inquirer, AARP Magazine, The Forward and many other publications
