What Am I Missing?

When I teach writing, I always start off my class with this question:

“What’s the one question you have that if you don’t get it answered, you’ll feel as if this whole class was a waste?”

Well, I want to ask you the same thing about my YouTube channel.

My goal in creating the Books Are My Babies channel is to create the most exciting, fun, up-to-date, accurate, inspiring, motivating, and actionable source of information about writing and publishing anywhere in the universe.

You’ll find playlists on every topic I can think of – writing, organizing, rewriting, publishing, the New York book publishing industry, motivation, how to read best selling authors, and on and on and on.

When the site launched, it had 140+ videos to choose from, based on my own experience as a writer, what I’ve learned from my writing students, 30 years of conversations with literary agents and publishers, and how I’ve learned to read fiction and nonfiction.

But one guy can’t think of everything.

That’s why I’m asking you for questions.

What haven’t I covered?

What’s your question?

What’s the one thing about writing that you need to know?

My goal is to answer every question about writing and publishing.

Not just the things I’m already aware of.

But the things you’re aware of.

So I’m inviting you to ask me a question…or multiple questions.

Or maybe there’s an author you’d like me to study and analyze for you.

I’ll be very excited to answer them in a new video or even a series of videos—whatever it takes to satisfy your curiosity and to make your writing dreams come true.

That’s what we’re really talking about – making dreams come true.

Writing is part talent, part diligence, part effort, part motivation, and part skills.

You bring the talent and diligence.

I’ll help you acquire the skills and knowledge, the motivation and inspiration.

Together, we’ll get you to where you want to be…a successful, happy, and confident writer.

You can contact me at Michael@MichaelLevinWrites.com.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
